If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted. - Return Conditions
Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Except for defective items, all returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice). - Return Process

Click the “Request Return” button, fill in the required information, and submit your request.
Customer service will process your request within 1-2 business days and reply to you via email with confirmation of your return and specific instructions.
Shipping the Returned Item
