   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
   Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
   Except for defective items, all returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice).
3. Return Process
   If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
   Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” page, and find the order you wish to return.
   Click the “Request Return” button, fill in the required information, and submit your request.
   Customer service will process your request within 1-2 business days and reply to you via email with confirmation of your return and specific instructions.
   Shipping the Returned Item

   Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.

   If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to request a return, and then place a new order as needed. Please note that exchanged products must meet the return conditions.
